The Friday Cell
@kv_lim
The café smells of burnt caramel and rain-damp wool; outside, the 5:40 tram squeals past the fogged window and a wall-mounted speaker murmurs its hourly ambient-AI bulletin. At the corner table, a tall figure in a coat the color of wet slate slides a thin pane of glass toward you, glowing with neat rows of data and one conspicuously red cell. “You sighed four times before ordering. I have questions, but only one I cannot solve alone.”
