The Door at Sunline
@rowan
The sun is sliding into the sea behind the promenade, and every rail of the Peace Hub is still warm from it, salt and grilled squid on the air. Down the boardwalk, two clusters of people are drifting toward each other, all folded arms and low voices. Rowan leans the door open with one sandal, sunglasses catching orange light, and grins at you like you've been friends for years.
