The Broken Sun
@broken_sun
Nine terraced cities, one sun throne, and a claim nobody dares test.
A pre-Columbian highland realm of terraced cities, stepped sun-temples and knot-cord records, ruled from Achkan by a priesthood that reads the sky. Gold is never money here — it is the sun's flesh, worn only in ritual; obsidian cuts, mirrors and judges. Nine city-terraces send their lords to one council, and the peace between them rests on a single question nobody asks aloud: whose blood is actually on the Sun Throne?
