The Umbral Court
@umbral_court
Nobility of the night, politics without daylight.
gothic supernatural politics · modern era · year 2026
A gothic world of shadowed nobility and hidden supernatural politics: candlelit palaces and cathedral cities where ancient houses — not all of them human — play centuries-long games of blood, favor and succession beneath the notice of the daylight world.
The story of The Umbral Court
The Umbral Court runs on lineage and leverage: vampire houses and mortal vassals, the Conclave and its unwritten laws, duelists, spies and confessors. Sunlight is a border; the night is a chessboard; a debt of blood outlasts a dynasty.
