Amavie Partner Program Terms
Effective date: October 16, 2026.
These Partner Program Terms ("Partner Terms") are an agreement between ANIMA AI 007 SERVICES - FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis), the operator of Amavie ("we", "us"), and the company or creator we admit to the Amavie Partner Program ("you", the "Partner"). Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of Amavie and of your partner dashboard. If your written agreement with us says something different from these Partner Terms, the written agreement wins.
1. The program
The Partner Program is by invitation and covers the whole Amavie family: Amavie AI Characters, Sport AI, Joker AI, Trendme, Saga of Gods and Amavie Games share one Amavie account, so a client you bring counts in all of them. When we admit you, we create your partner record with your commission rate, the commission period and the payout threshold, and a partner key — a code and a link of the form amavie.ai/r/<code>. The people you name to us (by email) can open your partner dashboard at partners.amavie.ai by signing in with an Amavie account whose email address they have confirmed. You are responsible for who you name and for what they do in the dashboard; tell us when someone should lose access.
2. Your links and codes
You may share your link and code, and create additional links for your channels in the dashboard. Each link leads only to Amavie pages. When you promote Amavie you must:
- clearly disclose that you are a partner of Amavie and may earn a commission, as required by the advertising rules of your audience's country (for example, the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States or the ASA/CAP Code in the United Kingdom);
- describe Amavie accurately: Amavie is a service of AI characters, its characters and their replies are generated by artificial intelligence, and it has the age rules described in our Terms of Service. Do not promise features, prices, results or content that Amavie does not offer, and do not present yourself as Amavie or as acting on our behalf;
- not target your promotion at children below the minimum age set in our Terms of Service, and not present Amavie's adult content to anyone as available without the age steps the Service requires;
- not send spam or unsolicited messages, not use bots, purchased traffic, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, pop-ups that open your link without a click, or any other way of creating clicks or accounts that a real person did not choose;
- not offer money, credits or other rewards to people for creating an account or paying, unless we have agreed to it in writing;
- not bid on "Amavie" or its misspellings in paid search ads, and not register domains, social accounts or apps that could be confused with ours;
- comply with all laws that apply to your promotion, including privacy and anti-spam laws.
3. Who counts as your client
A client is a new Amavie account that is attributed to you, which happens in one of two ways:
- the person opened your link and then created the account within 30 days of that click. If the person opened links of several partners, the last link opened before the account was created counts;
- the person entered your code in the Amavie app or on the website within 7 days of creating the account.
An account is attributed to one partner only, and permanently. Accounts that existed before the click, accounts of the people in your partner record, test and review accounts, accounts created by automated means, and accounts we identify as fraudulent or incentivized in breach of section 2 are not your clients. The account belongs to the person who created it: attribution gives you no rights over the person or their account.
4. What you earn
For each of your clients you earn your commission rate (15% unless your partner record states otherwise) of the money we actually receive and keep from that client's payments in any product of the Amavie family — subscriptions and in-app credits bought on our websites, in the App Store or on Google Play — during the commission period (12 months unless your partner record states otherwise), which starts with the client's first payment. The client's first payment must be made within the commission period after the account was attributed to you.
"Money we actually receive and keep" means the price the client paid, minus the fee of the payment processor or app store, minus taxes included in the price (such as VAT or GST the app stores collect), minus refunds and chargebacks. App stores do not report these amounts for each purchase, so for store purchases we estimate them using the store's standard commission and the standard tax rate of the store country; the payment processor's fee is taken from the processor's report where it is available. Payments in other currencies are converted to US dollars at the daily exchange rate of the payment day. Your dashboard shows, for every earning, the amount paid, the amount we kept and your commission.
The commission rate, period and hold in your partner record at the moment an account is attributed to you apply to that client. If we change your terms, the change applies to clients attributed afterwards unless we tell you that it also applies to the future payments of your existing clients.
5. Hold, refunds and reversals
Each earning is held for 120 days (or the hold in your partner record) — the time within which refunds and card chargebacks usually happen. If a payment is refunded or charged back, your commission on it is reduced in the same proportion; if the payment is restored (for example, we win a chargeback dispute), so is your commission. A refund or chargeback that arrives after the earning was paid out is deducted from your future payouts.
6. Statements and payouts
On the first day of each month (UTC) we prepare a statement of the earnings that cleared the hold by the end of the previous month. If the total is at least your payout threshold ($50 unless your partner record states otherwise), we pay it within 30 days in US dollars by the payment method agreed with you; smaller totals carry over to the next month. Before paying we may ask for information needed to pay you lawfully (for example, company details, tax forms or identity verification). You are responsible for your own taxes. We may adjust a statement to correct an error, and you may dispute a statement by writing to us within 60 days of it.
7. Your dashboard and our users' privacy
Your dashboard shows pseudonymous information about your clients: a client number, the link used, the country of signup, the platform and the Amavie products used, the current plan, activity in broad buckets, the number of messages sent to characters, and the payments and your commission on them. It never shows names, email addresses, handles, messages or other content. You must not attempt to identify any client, contact clients on the basis of dashboard data, combine it with other data to single out a person, or share it outside your organization except as needed to run your participation in the program.
8. Fraud and enforcement
If we reasonably believe that clicks, accounts or payments attributed to you are fraudulent, incentivized in breach of section 2, or otherwise in breach of these Partner Terms, we may cancel the related unpaid earnings, recover earnings already paid by deducting them from future payouts, stop new attribution to you, and end your participation. Where possible we will tell you the reason and give you a chance to respond.
9. Changes and ending the program
Either party may end your participation at any time by written notice (email). After it ends, your clients' payments within their commission periods keep earning and are paid out under these Partner Terms, unless the participation ended because of a breach of sections 2, 7 or 8. We may change these Partner Terms; the dashboard asks you to accept a new edition before showing your figures, and changes apply to earnings from payments made after you accept them.
10. Relationship and liability
You act as an independent business. Nothing in these Partner Terms makes you our employee, agent or representative, or allows you to make commitments on our behalf. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these Partner Terms is limited to the commissions owed to you for the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
