Amavie is operated by ANIMA AI 007 SERVICES - FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis). It runs amavie.ai and the Amavie apps — AI Characters, Sport AI, Joker AI and Trendme — on one account.

Characters are fictional software, not people. Every conversation starts with a line saying you are talking to an AI. Characters are not licensed professionals and are not a substitute for medical, legal or psychological help.
Support: [email protected]. You can ask for a human at any time; billing, refunds, account access and safety questions always go to a person.

- Report content or behaviour in the app. A person reviews a server-side snapshot of the reported message — the admin panel cannot open conversations. Snapshots are kept for 90 days after a report is closed. A suspended account sees the reason at amavie.ai/suspended and can appeal. Anything that sexualises or endangers minors is removed, the account is banned and the case is reported to the authorities.

- Delete your account at amavie.ai/liquidation by typing DELETE: chats, posts and stories are erased at once, and the account itself can be restored for 30 days. There is no export button yet — data requests go to [email protected] and are answered within 30 days.
