Community Guidelines Effective date: August 19, 2026 Published by: ANIMA AI 007 SERVICES - FZCO, operator of Amavie ("we", "us") Amavie AI Characters is an adult (18+) platform for creating and talking with living AI characters. These guidelines apply to it and, wherever you interact with other people elsewhere in the Amavie family (for example, chat in Amavie Joker), to those surfaces as well. These Community Guidelines explain what we expect from everyone who uses Amavie so that it stays a creative, safe, and respectful place. They apply alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Age Policy, and Child Safety Standards — where any of those documents is more specific, the stricter rule applies. By using Amavie you agree to follow these guidelines. Breaking them can lead to content removal, feature limits, or suspension or termination of your account. 1. Age requirements Amavie AI Characters is strictly for adults: you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher) to access or use it, and you are required to confirm this before first access. An Amavie account itself requires you to be at least 13 (or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your country); Amavie Sport and Amavie Joker are available from that age. See our Age Policy for details. 2. Treat people with respect Real people are on the other side of the screen. We do not allow: - Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of other users or our team. - Hate speech or attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. - Encouraging, organizing, or celebrating harm against any person or group. 3. Zero tolerance for content involving minors We have a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any attempt to create characters, images, or conversations that depict a minor in a sexual or abusive context. We detect, remove, and report such material and permanently ban the accounts responsible. See our Child Safety Standards. 4. Content that is never allowed Whether content is written by you or generated by an AI character, the following is prohibited on Amavie: - Sexual content involving minors or anyone made to appear underage (see section 3). - Non-consensual sexual content, or sexual content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent. - Content that promotes, incites, or gives instructions for serious violence, terrorism, or suicide and self-harm. - Promotion or facilitation of illegal goods or activities, such as human trafficking, weapons sales, or illicit drugs. - Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that impersonates a real person in order to deceive. 5. Characters are AI — be honest about it Amavie characters are artificial intelligence, not real people, and they can be wrong. Do not present an AI character as a real human or as a licensed source of medical, legal, or financial advice in order to mislead someone. Fiction and roleplay are welcome; deception that could harm a real person is not. 6. Protect privacy — yours and others' Do not share private information about other people without their consent, including addresses, phone numbers, financial details, or private images ("doxxing"). Be thoughtful about what you reveal about yourself, too. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. 7. Keep it authentic Do not use Amavie to spam, scam, run automated bots against the service, manipulate metrics, or operate fake or bulk accounts. Do not attempt to bypass safety systems, age verification, or enforcement actions. 8. Reporting and enforcement If you see content or behavior that breaks these guidelines, please report it in the app so our team can review it. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts. Serious violations — especially anything involving minors — are reported to the appropriate authorities. We aim to enforce these guidelines fairly and consistently, and we may improve our methods as the platform grows. 9. Updates We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of Amavie after changes take effect means you accept the updated guidelines. 10.
