Published by: ANIMA AI 007 SERVICES - FZCO, operator of Amavie ("we", "us") Amavie AI Characters is a platform for creating and talking with living AI characters. These guidelines apply to it and, wherever you interact with other people elsewhere in the Amavie family (for example, chat in Joker AI or Saga of Gods), to those surfaces as well. These Community Guidelines explain what we expect from everyone who uses Amavie so that it stays a creative, safe, and respectful place. They apply alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Age Policy, and Child Safety Standards — where any of those documents is more specific, the stricter rule applies. By using Amavie you agree to follow these guidelines. Breaking them can lead to content removal, feature limits, or suspension or termination of your account. 1. Age requirements An Amavie account requires you to be at least 13 (or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your country), and talking to AI characters is available from that age unless the law of your country sets a higher one. Romance and flirting with adult characters open only after you confirm that you are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher) and, where the law of your country requires it, pass an age check. Sport AI, Joker AI, Trendme, Saga of Gods and Amavie Games are available from the account age. See our Age Policy for details. 2. Treat people with respect Real people are on the other side of the screen. We do not allow: - Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of other users or our team. - Hate speech or attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. - Encouraging, organizing, or celebrating harm against any person or group. 3. Zero tolerance for content involving minors We have a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any attempt to create characters, images, or conversations that depict a minor in a sexual or abusive context. We detect, remove, and report such material and permanently ban the accounts responsible. See our Child Safety Standards. 4. Content that is never allowed Whether content is written by you or generated by an AI character, the following is prohibited on Amavie: - Sexual content involving minors or anyone made to appear underage (see section 3). - Non-consensual sexual content, or sexual content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent. - Content that promotes, incites, or gives instructions for serious violence, terrorism, or suicide and self-harm. - Promotion or facilitation of illegal goods or activities, such as human trafficking, weapons sales, or illicit drugs. - Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that impersonates a real person in order to deceive. 4a. Photos and videos Photos and videos you upload are checked automatically before other people can see them. Swimwear, lingerie, cleavage, a bare back, suggestive poses, kisses, nudity in paintings and sculptures, breastfeeding, childbirth, medical photos and fictional violence are fine. We do not allow photos or videos that show genitals, uncovered female nipples or close-ups of fully nude buttocks, or sexual activity, real graphic violence, images of self-harm, or imagery that praises terrorist or hate groups. Any sexualized image of someone who looks under 18 is removed and handled under our Child Safety Standards. If the check catches a file, nobody else can see it, and we warn you that other people can report such content, that we can close your uploads for a while and that we can remove what is not acceptable. If you are sure the check got it wrong, send the file for review in the app: a moderator looks at it, and until then nobody else sees it. If it is fine, it becomes visible and a post waiting for it comes out by itself. Files that break these rules count against you: first a warning, then uploads from your device are closed for a week, then for two months. While they are closed you cannot add files from your device or post what you uploaded; references and generation still work. You can appeal in the app. Photos of real people: add only photos of yourself or of people who agreed to it. Before your first upload we ask you to confirm this, once for your account. Amavie can create new images from the faces in photos you add, and anyone can ask us to remove a photo of them (see 8a and 8b). Voices of real people: give a character a voice only from a recording of yourself or of a person who agreed to it, and do not recreate a famous person's voice. Before a voice is made from a recording we ask you to confirm this, and anyone can ask us to remove a voice made from their recording (see 8b). 5. Characters are AI — be honest about it Amavie characters are artificial intelligence, not real people, and they can be wrong. Do not present an AI character as a real human or as a licensed source of medical, legal, or financial advice in order to mislead someone. Fiction and roleplay are welcome; deception that could harm a real person is not. 6. Protect privacy — yours and others' Do not share private information about other people without their consent, including addresses, phone numbers, financial details, or private images ("doxxing"). Be thoughtful about what you reveal about yourself, too. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. 7. Keep it authentic Do not use Amavie to spam, scam, run automated bots against the service, manipulate metrics, or operate fake or bulk accounts. Do not attempt to bypass safety systems, age verification, or enforcement actions. 8. Reporting and enforcement If you see content or behavior that breaks these guidelines, please report it in the app so our team can review it. A person on our team decides on every report. We may warn the author, remove content and the files it was made from, close uploads for a day, a week or two months, limit other features, or suspend or terminate accounts. Reporting content that is plainly acceptable, again and again, can bring a warning and close your reports for a day, a week or two months; reports about your rights, intimate images and minors always stay open. A character that looks like a real well-known person can be made private by a moderator: you can still talk to it, nobody else can see it, and you can make it public again only through an appeal in the app. We tell you what we did and why, and you can appeal any of this in the app or at support@amavie.ai. Serious violations — especially anything involving minors — are reported to the appropriate authorities. We aim to enforce these guidelines fairly and consistently, and we may improve our methods as the platform grows. 8a. Intimate images shared without consent If an intimate image of you — a real photo or video, or one made or altered with AI — appears on Amavie without your consent, report it in the app ("Report" → "Intimate image of me without consent"), with the form at amavie.ai/legal/report (no account needed), or email support@amavie.ai with the subject "Intimate image removal". Include your physical or electronic signature (your typed full name), where the image is (a link, or the account or character and what it shows), a brief statement that you believe in good faith it was published without your consent, and how we can contact you. You can make the request yourself or through someone authorized to act for you. We remove the image within 48 hours of a valid request, make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies, and may suspend the account that posted it. 8b. Rights complaints If content on Amavie — including a character a user made after someone else's work, brand or a real person — infringes your copyright, trademark or likeness, report it in the app ("Report" → "Violates my rights"), with the form at amavie.ai/legal/report (no account needed), or send a notice as described in Section 11 of our Terms of Service. We review the claim, remove what infringes — rename the character, take down the photo or the post, or delete it — tell the author, and they may send a counter-notice. An account whose content was removed after three valid claims about different items is closed as a repeat infringer. 9. Updates We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of Amavie after changes take effect means you accept the updated guidelines. 10.
