One account, different age requirements Amavie is one product family under a single account: Amavie AI Characters (the amavie.ai website and the Amavie AI Characters app), Amavie Sport, and Amavie Joker. - Amavie account: you must be at least 13 years old to create an account and, if you live in a country where the law sets a higher minimum age for consenting to the processing of your data (for example, 16 in parts of the European Union), at least that age. - Amavie AI Characters is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher) to access or use it. - Amavie Sport and Amavie Joker are available from the account minimum age. They are not directed at children and do not provide access to 18+ content or features. 2. Why Amavie AI Characters is a mature AI-companion and social platform. Conversations, roleplay, and community content there are intended for an adult audience. We therefore do not direct that service to minors and do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use it. Amavie Sport (a fitness tool) and Amavie Joker (a card game) do not contain that content and follow the general account age instead. 3. Age confirmation Before first access to Amavie AI Characters you are required to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. This confirmation is recorded for your account: if you created your account in Amavie Sport or Amavie Joker, you will be asked for it the first time you enter Amavie AI Characters, and you cannot use it until you confirm. Providing false age information is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in loss of access or account termination. 4. Underage accounts If we learn that an account belongs to a person under the minimum age for the account, or that a person under 18 is using Amavie AI Characters, we will restrict, suspend, or terminate access and handle any associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Parents and guardians We encourage parents and guardians to use the parental controls and content restrictions available on their devices, operating systems, and app stores to manage which applications are available to their children — including blocking access to adult applications such as Amavie AI Characters. 6. Updates We may update this Age Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
