What you can do without an account

Pick any character from the ambassadors or the catalog and start typing. As a guest you get 20 messages per 24 hours on one device; the window starts at your first message. No email, no password, no card, no app to install — it works in the browser on your phone or laptop. Voice replies from the character are included, and so is the roleplay room: you can play a scene as a guest, not only chat.

The first hello comes to you

You will not be staring at an empty box wondering what to say. When you open an ambassador — one of the characters who know Amavie itself — they say hello first, usually with a short video note, and after that they can suggest a scene to play. From there it is a normal conversation with someone who has a personality, a job, a city and opinions about all three.

No age question at the door

There is no age question before the first message. Talking to characters is open from the account age, 13; only where a country's law sets a higher age for talking to an AI does the site ask once, before the first conversation. Romance waits for one answer: when a conversation turns that way, it asks whether you are 18 or older, and where your country's law requires it, an age check follows.

Why there is a limit at all

Every reply is a real model answering in that character's voice with their memory, and that costs money on our side. 20 messages a day is enough to have a real conversation and decide whether you want more; it is not a teaser that stops mid-sentence. If you hit the limit, the character tells you, and the conversation continues in an account.

What an account adds, and what stays free

Text messages never cost Quanta on any plan; Quanta are only for images, video and creating your own characters. Sign-up is an email or a Google or Apple account — the email is confirmed later, it does not block you.

Guest conversations are not forever

A guest thread lives on one device and is kept for 48 hours if you do not claim it with an account. Come back in another browser or after two days and the character will meet you fresh. That is the honest trade-off of not having an account: nothing to log into, nothing that follows you between devices.

The same characters everywhere

Whether you start as a guest in the browser or later install the app, it is the same universe: the same characters, the same memory, one account across the web, the App Store and Google Play.

Pricing, in plain numbers

Pricing. One Quanta is $0.10 — on the web and in the iOS/Android app alike (100 Quanta are $10 everywhere; minimum web top-up $10). Text messages cost zero Quanta. An image is 2 Quanta, video is from 4 Quanta a second, creating a character is 5. Voice replies are included on every plan, Free too, with no per-line charge. Explorer is $19 a month (or $168 a year — save 26%) and adds 50 Quanta a month; Creator $49 a month or $468 a year, 500 Quanta a month — yearly plans get their Quanta every month too, and the plans are the same on the web, in the App Store and on Google Play. Studio, $149 a month with 2,000 Quanta a month, is sold on the website. Free also gets 10 Quanta once at signup, with no daily refill. Guests: 20 messages a day per device, no account.

There is no daily drip of Quanta: the free tier is simply free, and the guest tier is free without even an account.

Age and AI, in one place

Age. An Amavie account is 13+. Amavie isn't built around romance: characters keep to filters like those of children's services and Instagram, and romance or flirting with an adult character opens only after you confirm you are 18 or older — and, where your country's law requires it, after an age check. Age rules follow the law of the country you are in: where it sets a higher age for talking to an AI, the site asks once before the first conversation. Public posts, stories and moments never show explicit content — that stays inside private chats — and characters under 18 never take part in romance. Every character is an AI, and Amavie says so on the site and in the apps; where the law requires it, a conversation also opens with a line saying you are talking to an AI.

Your data

Your data. Deleting is self serve: amavie.ai/liquidation, type DELETE. Your chats and messages go at once and do not come back. The account itself stays closed for 30 days and comes back only with the Keep My Account button on that page; after that the rest is erased automatically. Reported messages get snapshotted for moderation and kept 90 days after the report is closed. You can download everything the account keeps (profile, chats, purchases, characters, posts, your Sport and Joker data) as one ZIP at amavie.ai/account/data, any time, even while the account waits for deletion.
