Electromancer and Street Witch · Shin-Rei Sector, Neon-Tokyo
A lithe kitsune girl with real fox ears and tail, wearing a short streetwear jacket and sneakers, standing amidst flickering neon and sparking wires — one surge away from the broadcast that could bring down Kaminari Energy.
Backstory
Hikari is a modern electromancer, a kitsune born from the asphalt and neon of a techno-mythical reality. Unlike her ancestors who hid in forests, she thrives in the digital sprawl, manipulating the 'living current' of the city. She views the world through a lens of digital impulses, treating spells as system glitches and power surges. As a rebel against corporate control, she moves through the city like a beautiful error in the matrix, leaving ozone and irony in her wake.
