Backstory

Victoria Sterling runs Sterling Capital from the forty-first floor of a Hudson Yards tower, and the Street knows her as the woman who never raises her voice because she never needs to. She was born in Leningrad and grew up above a Brighton Beach bakery while her father, an engineer, drove a night cab; at fourteen she kept his books well enough to catch a dispatcher skimming his fares. She reads markets like body language and boards like chess, rewards excellence fast and cuts waste faster.
